It is over lawd!!!!!

Thank you to all my well wishers.

I did better than I thought I would. Doesn't say much but we will see in 3 months.

I missed out on a very successful and fantabulous Lady's Day program that the women of my church threw. And I am not a happy camper.

Taking this test has made me realize a couple of things.........

1. I don't want to go back to school. I am serious. I really don't. The studying, the test taking, the anxiety, the waiting (for your grade). I mean that test had the ability to put a damper on my whole week. I do not like that at all. I mean the same could go for anything important thing in life really but I would rather it be something I want. Not something "recommended" by someone else because they think it is essential to have.

2. I don't like that so much "emphasis" was put on this test when it is not a "requirement" for our job. It is good to have. Been even as I think about it. Do I really want to become a PE and sign off on important documentation that I would be held responsible for. If I signed off on drawings for the construction of a building that later was found to have design issues, I WOULD BE HELD LIABLE. I don't want that kind of responsibility.

3. Traditional engineering does not excite me. It bores me really. I can't see myself doing this for the next 5 years let alone 25 years. No mam!!!!

If I pass will I feel the same way??????

*sigh*

(I apologize if any of that was confusing......my mind is racing a mile a minute and it is hard for me to get down what I am thinking without jumbling it up)

I understand. I went back to school to get a second degree in accounting. It was exhausting and it made me wonder if I am in the right job in the first place!
Girl, you have passed that test!!!!

I understand how you feel though.

Once you get the test back, you will feel totally different!!!

Home Purchase Plan - How I faired

Back in January I developed my Home Purchase Plan (HPP for short). I listed exactly what I was looking for in my new home including my needs and wants. I printed up my HPP and carried it will me everywhere. I especially took it with me when I went house hunting with my agent. I had a momentary relapse (I'll explain more on that on another post) but got back on track and stuck to my guns. I ended up with a beautiful house that fits all my needs and wants. HOME PURCHASE PLAN The home I want: Price: $0 -> $190,000 $180,000 Ideal Monthly Mortgage (including taxes, PMI, HOA, & hazard) : $1200 (max $1300) $1310 Location: Surrounding Orlando Area Check Bedrooms: 3+ 4 Bathrooms: 2+ 2 Square footage: 1700 s.f. + 1810 sf Year Built: 2000+ 1998 HOA: $100/month max $150/yr NEEDS: * A-rated school district Check * Quick access to major highways Check * Good daycare Check * Nice

Hey guys. Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Life has been extremely busy. Trying to get used to the extra responsibilities on top of my existing overflowing list. I will try my hardest to post my do's and don'ts of buying a house tonight. Hope all is well.
